One Hundred Words

A collection of flash fiction / short stories of 100-110 words each. Each story is again paired with inspiration the same as my other projects, in this instance, the stories are written around an inspirational piece of photography. For the first year the 104 short stories were specifically paired with inspiration from one photographer, Tata Vislevskayal, who supplied the images herself. In the second year, two photographs were hand picked from one Instagram photographer’s profile each week throughout the course of a full year. An experiment in collaboration, image based storytelling with cerebral and existential overtones. A total of 208 pieces of flash fiction over a two year period.
